Kristen is a Senior Vice President at Petauri Kinect & Director of MASHNET, focusing on building and implementing strategic initiatives with payors and providers in the value-based care space.

Prior to joining MASHNET, Kristen was Director of Strategy and Innovation at Remedy Partners, a healthcare company and Awardee Convener for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in the Bundled Payment for Care Improvement Initiative.

Kristen’s expertise is in developing, implementing and operating clinical care redesign programs with large health systems, hospitalist groups, physician groups and post-acute care facilities.

Holly Jain, MD, MHA

Senior Director, Care Delivery & MASHNET Network Manager

Holly Jain is a Senior Director of Care Delivery at Petauri Kinect. Dr. Jain brings 10+ years of experience spanning clinical training, health system and ambulatory care operations, revenue cycle optimization, as well as strategic consulting experience.

She brings a systems-level perspective to improving care delivery and operational performance. During her tenure with Petauri Kinect, Dr. Jain has and continues to lead execution of multi-site healthcare improvement and evidence-generation initiatives – from insights capture and consensus building with physician thought leaders to the implementation of care pathways that fit real-world clinic workflows.

She has authored peer-reviewed articles and presented or co-authored posters at leading meetings, including the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (AASLD) and the American Academy of Neurology (AAN). Her experience spans multiple therapeutic areas (cardio-renal-metabolic, liver, behavioral health), enabling multidisciplinary approaches to care delivery.

Dr. Jain is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. She earned her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and her Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from the University of Southern California.
